I have two children ages 2.5 yrs and 3.5 mos. Why do I want to join a tech startup? Getting out the door without forgetting anything is next to impossible. Pumping is irritating. Finding childcare, finding time to work while minimizing the havoc wreaked by a toddler is enough to make one's head explode. So, why do I want to add to my list by joining with a company that would act like a third child? Apparently, I like working. Not that being a SAHM isn't work. I like the other kind of work. It's relaxing, calming, logical.
